PISCES

AMC participated in the PISCES project, an EU Leonardo da Vinci Pilot Project, co-ordinated by AquaTT.

PISCES produced deliverables and launched initiatives to promote aquaculture as a career, promote aquaculture education at the vocational and tertiary levels, provide information for non-experts, support SMEs, and shorten the gap between science and its users.

AMC's online database version of the Aqualex Glossary in English has been applied to the PISCES TT website, as shown here.

AMC was the Lead Partner for the development of the Fun Section of the PISCES TT website, that engages children in marine science education through a Seahorse quiz, maze, Salmon Ladder board game and downloadable fish wallpaper.
